Information on online dispute resolution: The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR). This platform serves as a point of contact for the out-of-court resolution of disputes concerning contractual obligations arising from online purchase contracts and online service contracts. The platform can be accessed at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We do not participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
