General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope
These GTC apply to all coaching services provided by Vicky Zissou Coaching (hereinafter referred to as "Provider").

 

2. Conclusion of Contract
The contract is concluded by booking a coaching appointment and receiving written confirmation from the Provider.

 

3. Services
The Provider offers individual coaching exclusively online. Employee coaching and workshops can be conducted online or on-site.

 

4. Prices and Payment Terms
The prices for coaching sessions are agreed upon in advance. Payments are to be made by bank transfer before the session. All prices are subject to statutory VAT.

 

5. Cancellations
5.1. For individual coaching: Appointments can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours before the start. For later cancellations, the full amount is due.
5.2. For employee coaching and workshops: Appointments can be canceled free of charge up to 72 hours before the start. For later cancellations, the full amount is due. Rescheduling to a replacement date is possible but must also be communicated 72 hours in advance.

 

6. Liability
The Provider is not liable for the results of the coaching sessions. The client remains responsible for their own decisions and actions.

 

7. Travel Costs
For on-site workshops, the client bears the travel costs, accommodation expenses, and any other necessary expenses.

 

8. Data Protection
Personal data of the client will be treated confidentially and not disclosed to third parties. The Provider complies with applicable data protection regulations.

 

9. Final Provisions
The law of Switzerland applies. Jurisdiction is Winterthur.
